The America Is All In analytical team collects and analyzes data on climate action happening at the non-federal level. We work to quantify and report on progress made toward the United States' pledge to achieve 50-52% emissions reductions (compared 2005 levels) by 2030. We find critical opportunities for states, cities, towns, NGOs, businesses and other sub-national actors to slash emissions to accelerate both domestic and international climate goals.
Through a series of reports, briefs, and toolkits, we aim to catalyze further climate action by providing detailed road maps for states, cities, businesses, and more to enhance ambition and advance forward-looking climate solutions. The America Is All In analytical team is made up of the Center for Global Sustainability (CGS) at the University of Maryland, RMI, and World Resources Institute.
