Alisa is a manager on our federal policy team handling our buildings, transportation, electricity, and industry portfolio. Her focus over the last few years has been working with policymakers to encourage impactful design of IRA before and after it passed and educating subnational actors to support uptake. Before working on federal policy, she worked with cities on achieving their renewable goals.
